The APY Lands is located in remote Central Australia in the far north of South Australia. The region consists of the Pitjantjatjara, Yankunytjatjara and Ngaanyatjarra Aṉangu peoples.
In Aṉangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) communities, art centres are a key source of non-government income and provide real jobs for Aṉangu people. These art centres are home to some of the best known and most collectable Indigenous artists in the country, as well as a host of young and emerging artists.
